C. Weekly Planner

Picture
The weekly planner is a feature that is automatically populated with the child data from the main forms for each child that you have entered.

It shows the different children who will be attending your setting on each day of the week- each day is colour coded to accompany the day in the attendance register.

This has a section for notes next to each child on the different days- perfect to note if they will be attending a pre-school setting for part of the day. Or a particular activity that you want to focus on that day of the week, you could even use it to plan the weekly menu!
On each day it will total up the children who are in your setting within the different ages, according to
the date of birth that you enter for them on their main form, ensuring that you do not go over your ratio.
There is also a section for additional notes, whereby you could note any children who have given notice to leave, and other children who are on the waiting list, or those who are due to start with you.

This is a fantastic and very useful feature to accompany the main form in the database- keeping all relevant and important information in one place for you business.
