For example having more of a ‘school type’ class register style approach to recording presence/absence; offering two different methods of invoicing siblings as well as a Summary Transfer form to facilitate data exchange when a child moves from pre-school to primary school.

Some of the forms differ within the pre-school database by allowing a key worker to be assigned to specific children, as well as the register being able to hold more children for morning and afternoon sessions (with an attendance button), which is why this system may be more preferable to those setting who care for 20+ children at any one time.
