On the main child form there is the option to state the number of days that a child is allowed a reduce rate for reason of their being on holiday. Additionally you have a form whereby you can enter all holiday periods taken by a child, automatically the number of days will calculate from the dates entered by you, with the option to edit based on weekends within that holiday period. There is then a report that shows all holiday periods for all children in the setting. |
