This enables you to record all of the income that you get in, you can simply put the amount in and enter the reason for the income next to it. You can use this feature to keep an overall record of all income from all of the children in your care on a month to month basis. This automatically calculates the total for the month. You can also print/ view for a year- of which you choose the period, so you can do this for your tax year. This is a fantastic feature that allows you record business expenditure throughout the months, to use in your tax return and business accounts. You are able to select that category that the cost applies to, in relation to the HMRC, as well as any additional notes- such as ticking whether or not it is classed as an asset. You can then select to print (or save as PDF) a selected period by selecting the date FROM and date TO. |
