5. Photo Gallery
The image gallery is a feature with multiple uses, depending on what you would like it to do!
You can add photos that you have taken of the children in your setting, that you may not need to support an observation, but would still like to show these to the parents.
You can create a gallery of activities that each child participates in during their time with you- with a simple date against the photo.
You can use this feature to record short observations on the children.
You could also use this if you are creating something for older children, whereby you do not need to produce observations and learning journey.
This can be saved as a PDF and e-mailed direct to parents, or printed.
There are 3 options available, you are able to have multiple photo gallery features on your database, or just the one.
