41. Space Availability

This is a feature that enables you to log which children you have on the different days of the week. You can then highlight the spaces that you have available.
You can plan ahead in the year, so as your children move to rising 5, and leave your early years ratio, you can highlight the spaces that you will be able to offer new enquiries. This form has a drop down box that lists the children in the different age ranges, according to the date of birth that you have entered in the main form (all children must have a D.O.B entered). You can pre-empt the name to go into each box by typing the first letter of their name (or consecutive letters if there more children of similar names). |
You are able to use the notes section, to add information for your reference, such as children who are due to leave, siblings that are due to join, children on the waiting list to increase hours, or new children enquiring.
These notes will show in the report, which also, automatically, populates your current spaces with the children already in your setting, whose details are brought through from their contracted hours in the main forms.
