31. Child Outings Register 

This is another useful form to use, for those childminders who are working with assistants.

This enables you to record who is in the setting at any one time. If an adult is going on a school run or an outing, they can select the names of those people leaving the setting, along with the reason for doing so. 


Having this form available offers you the ability to see, at a glance, who is in the setting, and if they are out of the setting, where they are.
