This feature offers you to keep a record of suggestions that are made in feedback from parents, following questionnaires being returned, or after going on a course, or feedback from an Ofsted inspection.
You can also keep a log of any complaints that have been made, this can include any issues/ conflict that may have arisen with parents; enabling you to keep a log of all discussions and disputes, which you feel may lead to a complaint. |
